Tom Brady was fined by the NFL for attempting to trip Dallas Cowboys safety Malik Hooker in the playoffs' first round.
The league fined Brady $16,444, as shown in the video below by Jon Machota of The Athletic:
The Cowboys defeated the Buccaneers 31-14 to progress to the NFL Divisional Round against the 49ers.The NFL responded to Brady's bad news: Needed more. Laurie Horesh called it a scam.

Brady and the Buccaneers have not addressed the fine. The Buccaneers won the NFC South an 8-9 record.
