Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta has the creamiest sauce and is ready in 20 minutes. One of the best shrimp recipes ever!
I thawed frozen shrimp in a bowl of cold water. Sauté shrimp and mix sauce while pasta cooks. For more sauce, double the ingredients.
Reserve the sauce ingredients. (You can warm this on medium-low on the stove, but mixing it with hot pasta warmed it nicely for me.)
Cook pasta per package directions in a large pot of boiling water. Drain. Toss uncooked shrimp with paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, pepper, and a medium bowl.
Add coated uncooked shrimp to medium-high coconut or olive oil. Stir constantly until pink, 6-8 minutes. If pasta is uncooked, remove from heat and set aside.
Toss pasta, shrimp, and sauce in a large bowl.
Serve parsley-topped.
